I cancelled my 30 free trial subscription, but it still charged me

I applied for a 30 free subscription trial, and it ends today, but I cancelled it last night, and it still charged me. I even got the email confirmation that it was cancelled

Select these Options:
Subscriptions -> I canceled subscription, but have still been charged -> I still need help
If they will reply with a no-reply email, reply to it, even though it is a no-reply.
