I did not cancel my premium before joining the family plan

I did not cancel my premium before joining the family plan

I can't log in to my account prior to family plan to cancel payment

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Any active subscription that you've had on your account was automatically canceled when you used that account to accept a Premium Family invite.


I hope this clears things up 🙂
