I got billed for joining and I never signed up or authorized payment!

I got billed for joining and I never signed up or authorized payment!

Neither did my partner.  The money was taken off my credit card.  How do I get the charge removed and make sure this doesn't happen again?  Could this have happened because my email was hacked recently and sent spam to my contacts?  I changed the password right away and haven't had any other problems excpept for this one.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get this all sorted out for you. Just make sure the email address on your account is correct before submitting 😉 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
