Changing country to Ireland

I'm having trouble changing my country from UK to Ireland.  The form asks for a postcode, which don't exist in Ireland.  If I enter nothing, I get an error message saying "The postal code you entered was not valid for the selected country."  If I enter something in the box, I get an error page saying "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area".

Just tried again.  Entered any random stuff into postcode box and it accepted it and let me enter a new Irish credit card.  Thanks.

Still not working for me.  I'm still getting presented with a postcode box, and I'm still getting the same errors.

Just tried again.  Entered any random stuff into postcode box and it accepted it and let me enter a new Irish credit card.  Thanks.

"random stuff" doesn't work.  123, 123456 , 44145, galway. _nothing_

What happens if you leave the box blank? (With your country set as Ireland)

a textfield appears which tell me " you have to insert a post code"

i have  to change the payment details first before i can change the profile page. 

 

just a few additional information: premium is active till 02/04/13. trying to change country from germany to ireland because i moved to ireland 4 weeks ago. i am unable to update the music on my mobile device:  error message "no internet connection available". doesn't matter if i use wifi or mobile internet.

Ok, not to worry. We'll get it all changed over. Just email in here
