I have a premium spotify session on my phonebut when I put my phone to sign in in the PC it is not.

My Question or Issue

I have an account in my phone, my name, my email. But when I want to sign in in any other device I put my email where I receive my payments and everything with that premium duo account and it appears as a free account with nothing of what I have in the premium one. I have tried changing my phone number in my phone app, my email, my password MANY times and nothing I dont know what to do.

It sounds like you're logging into a different account on your other devices. I recommend making sure that you use your username instead of your email address when logging in, to prevent this from happening. 🙂

If you don't know your username, you can check it within the Spotify app in Settings > Account.
