I have been hacked and I just noticed it

So I just noticed that my spotify account have been hacked by someone and the thing is that there is money being drawn from my account for the past 5 months.

And this someone have changed the email adress and also the password so I cant DO ANYTHING to stop this OR DELETED/CANCEL the account.

I had to login through facebook to get inside my own darn user.

HOW TO FIX??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
