I have had spotify premium for awhile and it is now saying that I have the free version

I have had spotify premium for awhile and it is now saying that I have the free version

Maybe your period ran out.

I am paying for premium each month and when I got on it today it wouldn't let me use premium. I have sufficient funds in my iTunes account.

Had your playlists dissapeared?

 

You might be logging into the wrong account?

 

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and see what is going on:

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

They said to use the spotify community to solve this problem

Did you subscribe to premium through the iPhone or iPad app?


If so, you need to check on your subscription through iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

If you subscribed through the Spotify website, you can check your subscription from this page:

You must reply to that email in order to get reply from support team.

 

 

Maybe you had to accept again the iTunes Terms & Conditions, I had to accept it again yesterday because they changed.
