I have upgraded to premium but I still ads why?

I have upgraded to premium but I still ads why?

I had been a premium customer for years tried to update for my wife. I then started getting ads so I cancelled my subscription and went onto you website to go back on premium which I did and I have a receipt. Still getting ads this is not fair I feel I perhaps need to go to Apple Music or even Amazon prime.

Where are you getting ads exactly? 🙂

 

Also, I recommend making sure you're logged into your Premium account. You can check this by heading into the app's Settings, and then click on Account.
