I lost my account

I lost my account

  • Hello, I bought a new phone and cleaned the old one. I had a lot of Google accounts and I subscribed to one of them. The problem is that I can't remember the mail to log in and unsubscribe, for which I am charged a card. I want to change my subscription to a free one because they withdraw money from my card. 😞

In this case, I'd recommend that you reach out to Spotify's Support team so that they can try to locate your account.

We understand you've forgotten the details for an account of yours for Spotify, where you have an ongoing subscription. No worries, for this situation, we suggest you to contact the folks from our Customer Support, who can take a deeper look into your personal account and help you find, verify and cancel the subscription, which you don't want to pay anymore.
