Thanks for coming to the Community. 

 

Based on the info you provided, it sounds like your trial may have been discontinued because you’ve already taken advantage of the offer in the past.

 

That said, you can still start a regular Premium subscription if you’d like. Just head over to https://spotify.com/premium  to get started.

 

If you believe that you haven’t had a trial and it's some kind of mistake/error, feel free to reach out to Support here so that they can double-check it.
