I'm on a free premium account and I need to cancel it but it won't help me

My free month trail finishes soon and I've tried everything but nothing win let me cancel the membership before it take my money out

I have the same problem and Spotify did not help at all! I really want to have my subscription canceled before I am charged because my terms and conditions promised this option before I agreed to the trial
