Facebook was deleted and now I can't delete that spotify account?

Hey, I just went through facebook hell. I couldn't verify my facebook profile name adequately, so they deleted my account. My spotify was linked with this account. Since I can no longer log into facebook, I can't access this spotify account to cancel my subscription. I tried contacting Spotify, but no response. Please help! I had spotify premium and can't afford to keep paying for something I can't use. On top of this, I made a new spotify account with my e-mail instead and now I can't log in with my computer. It consistently says incorrect password even after I had uninstalled and reinstalled the application as well as restarting my computer. If somebody could help me it would mean the world to me. A good friend just passed and on top of losing all of facebook pictures together, I can no longer just cry and listen to spotify in my room hah. Thank you SOOO much.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.
