Hi @Antoinetaylor35 thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

 

On payment you should have been sent a receipt via email or text from Spotify with the information you used to sign up. Have a check through junk folders if you can't see anything as they may have found their way there. If you're still struggling to find your account then contact Spotify Care using this anonymous contact form and they should be able to help you find it.
