I put in the correct username and password to login, it doesn't let me logi

If I go onto my laptop and try to login to that, I use the correct username and the correct password but it still says "incorrect username or password"
I've tried using my email too and it doesn't work. Please help

Thanks for reaching out!

If you're encountering this error, your keyboard language or the caps lock setting may be turned on, making you type in credentials that are essentially false.
Should this not be the case though - take a look at this FAQ for steps in regards to how to locate an account you may have 🙂

I can connect on the laptop, from firefox, but using firefox on the phone, it is impossible : «utilisateur ou mot de passe incorrects»
