Lost Access to Facebook and Can’t Log In to Spotify – Need Help!

Hi Spotify Community,

I’m in a bit of a tough spot and could really use your help.

I created my Spotify account a long time ago using my Facebook profile, but I recently lost access to my Facebook account.

Unfortunately, I was logged out of Spotify as well, and now I can’t log back in since I don’t have access to Facebook anymore.

Is there any way I can recover or regain access to my Spotify account without logging in through Facebook? I still have access to the email address associated with my Facebook account if that helps.

I’d appreciate any guidance or steps I can take to resolve this.

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier, but now I'm here to help!

In your case, if you created your Spotify account via Facebook, it should be linked to the same email address set to your Facebook account. That means, considering you still have access to your email address, you can simply use the Reset Password tool to create a new password to your account and be able to log into it using the email address and the password, instead of Facebook.
