I’ve been charged twice

I’ve been charged twice

 

Hi I have been charged twice from my debit card for this premium service. I have subscribed a few minutes ago and checked from my Paypal activity that I was indeed charged twice.

I tried to contact spotify customer service and sent 6 (yes six!!!) e-mails. Not one has been answered. I even opened a case on paypal but spotify did not answer. Dont know what to do so i am writing here. I hope that at least now someone in charge is answering.

If you contacted Spotify you should have received an automated message that leads you back to the community/help pages (check spam box), you need to reply back to that email (even if it's from no-reply).
