can't cancel premium trial because of error 502

can't cancel premium trial because of error 502

I'm trying to access my subscription details, but it keeps giving me the following message (translated from Dutch): 'Oh no, something went horribly wrong! No reason to panick, you can try again shortly', and when I reload the page it gives error 502.

 

I have been trying to access this page since last evening without success, because I want to cancel my premium subscription so I can get on my dad's family package.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

Yes, I'm having exactly the same problem! In order to test if it is just a web-server problem, I tried to access the same page after having made a new -free- account. From that free account I was able to access the subscriptions page without problem.

 

It feels as if users that are in their trial period are hindered from the subscriptions page. In that way the slogan 'try 30 days for free' is an empty phrase!

I filled out the help form, and got an email from the spotify NL team who cancelled the subscription for me, so it's all sorted now.
