I want my playlists from my old account but I can't log I to my old account

My old account doesn't have a Google attached so I can't log in.

Did you previously log in with Google? If so, I would recommend following these steps and let me know if you’re still having issues logging into your account. 

If you have not logged in with Google and are unsure of your account password, you can try a password reset here using any email addresses that you have. It is also a great method to use if you’re unsure of what email you used to sign up for Spotify. 

If you don’t know the email or password used to create your account, you can try finding your account following these steps.
