I want to un-link from Facebook!

I have been trying to contact Spotify for months, followed the help steps and nothing! I need to delete my facbook and my Spotify (I have premium) is linked to it. Anyone have any suggestions? I do not want to delete my Spotify because of all my playlists but I don't know what to do anymore.

Spotify Support can transfer all your stuff to a new Spotify account and close your old account. Just contact them through one of the channels:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Okay, so I did that and got a response but.... Next dilema! They told me to delete my old one and they would give me a new log in so I go to delete it on the computer and it says I do not have premium (I have had premium for over a year now) so I log out on my phone (it says I have premium on my phone) and log out on the computer. Then I log back into the computer thinking that would solve the problem and it did not... It will not let me deactivate my Spotify and I don't know what to do. I wrote them telling them the issues but I have not heard back.
