I wanted to upgrade to premium, not unlimited

I received a $60 gift card for my birthday and went to activate it on my smart phone. I accidently selected unlimited when I really need premium so that I can use spotify on my phone. Anyway that this can be changed to premium? I would hate for the person who gave me this gift to be out of $60 because of my silly mistake. Thanks 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form which is a little bit of effort seeing as you have already posted here, but they will be able to get that swapped over to premium for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
