Hi,
My account has been hacked. I've logged in to find all of my playlists, starred etc deleted. I can see the other person creating playlists for music I wouldn't listen to.
But I can login in via my Facebook to this page but I can't reset my original Spotify username/password because the person hacking has reset the password.
Somehow my email has changed to timthepig1011@hotmail.com which is NOT my email address attached to this account. The Postcode is fake and this is not my date of birth.
Can someone help me from Spotify. You can workout my original details and facebook email address from my account details. I don't wish to give out anymore details. I have logged a call but I can't seem to find the correct page and didn't articulate myself well.

BUT...The contact form goes to the wrong email address timthepig1101@hotmail.com because someone has changed it therefore......the other person/hacker will get the email response. Do you see my problem?
timthepig1101@hotmail.com has absolute nothing to do with me. Do not contact this person.
My Date of birth was never that and my postcode was never fake.
So I've resorted to the forum, I have logged a support call. But this requires urgent attention.
Here's what to do - Click on the bottom option when it asks you to log in after clicking on the Contact Form. I think it's called "If you need help to create an account". Then you can put in the email address you wish to be contacted on, rather than this "timthepig1101" email address. We can't track down your correct email address in our system without knowing it first, so it's a little bit of a weird cycle.
After doing that, and sent your email in, you will be given a case number. Pop that below and I'll make sure it gets in the right hands.

But this is highly concerning my account is hijacked and is being used by another user. I can see the person creating playlists and wiping out mine.
Could you please treat this as a matter of urgency.
