I was charged for Premium when I never chose premium... ?

I was charged for Premium when I never chose premium... ?

I was automatically upgraded to Duo Premium when I didn't apply or select it. I have been charged the same price every month and this month they charged me more when I didn't want it. I can't find a chat, phone, or other contact information... So I have to make this post? It doesn't make any sense.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. However, did you receive an email alerting you to this unexpected plan change?

 

I recommend that you contact Spotify support directly, as they can now directly resolve your issue!

 

You can contact them here, they usually take no longer than 48 hours to respond!
