I was charged for something I didn't authorize!!!

I was charged for something I didn't authorize!!!

I was charged for spotify premium when I don't use spotify anymore. I canceled my membership. How do I get a refund, this charge appeared at 10 pm yesterday

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear that.

What does your subscriptions page say? If it says you are on free, it is likely you have a second account. Did you sign up with a different username or with facebook at any point? Try logging in with a different email address and see if that's the premium account.

 

If it says you are on premium, that means when you cancelled it didn't process properly. Did you get a confirmation email after you cancelled? if you didn't, that means you didn't complete the process - give it another go and make sure you get the confirmation email.

 

As for the refund, If you submit an online contact form; someone at Spotify can look into it for you.
Once you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
