I was invited to a family plan and ive made my account but can't sign in.

I was invited to a family plan and ive made my account but can't sign in.

The family plan had 5 members, and I had already made my account (chardnation) . I'm signing in on the Roku spotify app, and it just says "Invalid password or email." even though I've checked multiple times and everything is correct.

Does logging in on other devices work using the same login credentials? Are you using your email address or username and password for logging in? 🙂
