Impossible to login again after logout

My Question or Issue

Hi

I cannot seem to be able to login again after logging out from same account on the app. I get a message saying "an error occured retry or ignore?" I tried to use the option "login without password" but the link sent by email does not work either (same error message). Please note that I logged out from all devices beforehand. I can only login from the website.

What should I do?

Hi! I'm sorry you're having this problem. To start, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that allows you to log in again.

In addition to what @mauve_minnow has suggested, when doing the reinstall, we'd advise following the steps for a complete clean reinstall from this link.
This will ensure there are no leftover files on the device that could cause the issue to repeat itself.

And, aside from this, can you log in on any other device/platform? Or is this strictly an Android issue on your phone?
