Inactive Email - Trying to log in

Inactive Email - Trying to log in

Can anyone point me in the right direction to update my email address? The email address on my account is an inactive old work account.

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

 

I've moved your post from Chat to a relevant Help board, where it fits better.

 

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to your Spotify account, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support here (as is recommended in this FAQ article). They can help you to update the email address for your Spotify account so that you'll be able to log in again.

My Question or Issue

I have been logged out of my account for some reason and now I can't log back in because my previous email which i used to log in has been deactivated. So neither can i reset my password. How do i log back in?
