My Question or Issue

Why am I being addressed in an unknown language in my invoice? If I didn't think to scroll down all the way I would not have seen an English version. Why assume that I am fluent in one of my country's 11 languages? Why not ask me somewhere which language I prefer? Typical attempt at being woke and politically correct.
