Issue Accessing My Spotify Premium Features

Issue Accessing My Spotify Premium Features

  1. I’m currently unable to access Spotify Premium features, and I’m being prompted to upgrade to Premium, even though I believe I already had a Premium subscription.

     

    Here are the details of my situation:

    1. My account is linked to this email: [your Gmail address].

    2. I may have used a different payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) or another email to subscribe.

     

    Could you please check if there’s an issue with my subscription or account? I’d like to make sure I’m accessing the correct account and that my Premium subscription is active.

If you log in at https://spotify.com/account and the site shows that the account is on Free, then it is actually on Free 🙂

 

You can check out this FAQ article for some help in locating any additional accounts you may have.
