Issues with signing up Spotify Student Discount

Hi there! I've been a premium Spotify user for more than a year, but recently i need to save some money. I'm enrolled in Full Sail University as a student, so i thought i might change my subscription to the Student Discounted version. I canceled my premium account so i could reapply for the student discount, but when verifying my school it asks for name, college and birthday but when i input these correct options, it tells me "invalid form data"!

I want to be a premium user, i love spotify and use it all the time! Please help 😞

I accidentally tapped on student when I meant to renew my premium. They charged my card and I am not a student so I cannot verify it I have tried tweeting them but cannot get an answer I need to fix this so I can reactivate my premium

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
