It won’t let me sign in to my account on xbox

The app is just stuck saying it’s loading but it won’t load I’ve waited for fourty minutes

Thanks for reaching out via the Community and welcome. 

Did you notice if this started happening after something specific and have you already tried some troubleshooting steps, such as reinstalling Spotify on your Xbox? Are you experiencing issues with any other apps on the console?

If you're using a WiFi connection, try if restarting your router would make any difference and then if it's possible, test with a different internet connection. You could share mobile data via hotspot to your Xbox.

If it works with another network connection, there may be an issue with the router and in this case you could check out how to change your connection DNS as suggested by one of the advisors in the Microsoft forum here.
