My Question or Issue

When logging in it says the email/pass is wrong. Resetting the password then says my account doesn't exist despite my details being completely correct. Customer Support chat is not helping out as they keep saying that they can't help with it and can only help with "payment or technical issues" which is exactly what they have been repeating. Upon searching it seems this issue happened to thousands of people 3 years ago but now seems like its only me and support isnt helping.

by the way i am commenting on a different account but the account in issue has all my playlists and premium on it incase any spotify support sees
