Italian phone moved to US not allowed to use Spotify???

Italian phone moved to US not allowed to use Spotify???

My wife moved to US and her phone is an iphone purchased in Italy. When I added her to the family plan, she is unable to use Spotify here due to some issue with Privacy Terms. 

 

What can we do to fix this? Settings on her phone? Itunes? What is Spotify reading on her phone in order to block her phone?

Hey @stonemusicsujo, help's here. 

 

All members in a Premium for Family plan must have the same country settings. Your wife may have her Spotify account set to Italy, so make sure that she changes it to the current country settings with these steps to match your account.
