Links not working

I've got the family Spotify but the invite link isn't working....what do I do when trying to invite if the links won't work

I suggest opening the invite link via private or incognito browsing as it could help fix the issue.

If that doesn't work, you may want to contact Spotify directly to see what's causing the link not work. You can reach out to them here, on Twitter with the @SpotifyCares handle, or on their Facebook page.

However, you may also want to connect with the owner of the subscription to send you another invite via entering your email address.

Here's how (owner should do these steps):

1. Go to account page. 
2. Under Manage your family accounts, click GO. 
3. Select an Empty slot. 
   
4. Instead of clicking INVITE MEMBER BY LINK, ask your owner to enter your Spotify email address and click SEND INVITE.

Seems like a lot of work to get a link to work. Mine didn't work during my free month which let me know I didn't want to pay for this service.
