Locating my old account

Locating my old account

I paid for the free 3 months for .99 cents. But I had logged out on my phone and now I'm unable to retrieve my old account. I've paid for it again also and it's still not coming back up.

Welcome to the community and thanks for reaching out to us.

 

What you're describing could mean you have two or more Spotify accounts. Usually one of the account is created with your Facebook profile and the other accounts with their own username and passwords.

 

Try logging in both ways here. The Premium account will show the payment details used and the current subscription type.

 

If you don't have multiple accounts and the payment was still drafted, check your bank statement and make sure the money isn't pending.

 

After checking all of the above and you still can't use your Premium benefits, our Support team would give you the best assistance. You can contact them on Twitter and Facebook.
