Log in issue

Hi, im triying to log in in the app and it doesn't work. I tried in PlayStation and 2 mobile phones but in the web i can log in. I need to log in in the app can you help me? Thanks a lot!

It seems strange that you can't log in on any of your devices. Can you let us know if you're getting any error messages when you try to log in? Does this happen both on mobile data and WiFi on your phones?
