Login problem

Hi, I can't login to Spotify. I'm sure that my pasword was correct but because it's not working, I selected that I forgot my pasword. Unfortunately I don't receive a mail to change my pasword. Tried many times. Can someone help please?

We'd recommend starting off by checking your spam/junk folders, or any other filtered folders.

Next up you can try to reset your password in an incognito window or using a different browser.

If your issue persists, it's possible that the account is disabled for some reason and you can check this page to see what to do next.
