Login stuck on facebook, can't change country address, can't log in with google.

The system is requiring me to login using Facebook, and I cannot set a password (the password box is inactive). I am trying to share my family account with my son, but when he tries to set up, it says that we must live in the same address. However, I cannot change my address (the box is inactive). I cannot talk to any real live support person. This is extremely frustrating.

Have you tried setting up a password for your Spotify account by following these steps yet? 🙂

Generally, the login method doesn't matter regarding your country setting and/or entering an address. Could you please specify if you mean the country setting dropdown menu or if you're seeing an actual page where you can enter your full address?
