Login won't work on the app

Tried logging in on the app on my iPhone. Says email is registered, I reset password and still won't login in. When I sign in on safari it works

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account.
