Losing connection all the time

Hi,

I am running Spotify web player and when I am playing music, it loses connection every now and then. I listen to maye 2-3 songs, then connection is lost, I get an error messgae that Spotify has lost connection, and I have to reload the page and start playing again. This happens no matter what browser or type of computer I am using (PC as well as Mac). 

This has been happening for several months now and both on Wifi and cable. It's however getting really annoying. 

What to do?

Hi @undine,

Please try this:

1. Open play.spotify.com.
2. Login to Spotify.
3. Be sure to use an incognito window in Chrome or a private window in Firefox.

Incognito and private windows don't save cookies so you'll get a fresh start while we fix the root cause of the issue. Hope that helps!
