Lost Playlist

Hello,

I had a playlist a year ago (2019) and I think around November or December it just disappeared. I'm pretty sure I didn't delete it myself, since there was absolutely no reason for that. I am aware of the Restore-Playlist-Feature, but it doesn't show up there either. I am reaching out to you guys, because I can't find anyone else having the same problem. I am hoping someday I can enjoy my lost playlist again.

That's odd. To confirm, you don't see the playlist when you try to recover it here? Also, make sure you're logged into the correct account. You can find accounts following these steps. 

If those don't help, can you let me know if you see the playlist on a different device if possible?

thanks for answering, I appreciate it, but that was exactly the answer I wanted to avoid by mentioning that I know the Restore-Playlist-Feature. The playlist is not listed there and I don't have a second account. It's probably a bug, that needs to be fixed through direct contact with a spotify employee. Do you know how I can reach them?
