Lost all playlists

Hello Spotify Community,

After having been inactive on Spotify for a longer period of time (approximately 2-3 months) I today logged into my account via Facebook. However, all my playlists are now gone?

Is anyone familiar with this problem or know any sort of solution?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Are you sure you used to login with facebook? It's very easyto have both facebook and Spotify logins!

If you are sure, it sounds like a duplicate account issue, so I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to fix that for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
