Lost all songs after changing credit card

Lost all songs after changing credit card

I changed my payment details and logged back in and all my songs I've saved for months are gone. The account is totally wiped and all songs gone. I've logged back in twice through username and also through Facebook and neither work. How can I contact Spotify to see what they can do??

Hi,

 

I have checked your account and can only find the one linked to your Facebook - this has never had any playlists.  Could you please contact support via this link?  They will help you find your account.

 

To help them, could you please include any transaction IDs that you may have for Spotify?  They should be able to use them to search for your main account.

Thanks. I realised that the account you are looking at is a really old one I set up and never used. I have made that premium instead of my other account that I have been using. The username for the one I want to keep is JGUCKIAN123. I've had to downgrade that to free for now until I can delete the other one and transfer charge to the other... Have sent them a note on it

I have replied to your case 4756669 and removed the Facebook-linked account.  Jguckian123 should be your main account now.
