Lost my premium account because I got new phone and number

Lost my premium account because I got new phone and number

Had premium on old phone got new phone have my account but says it is free account I pals my bill on Nov 26

You've most likely got more than one account with Spotify, so I recommend checking out this guide for steps on how to locate any additional accounts you might have. 🙂

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. Hope you don't mind a reply in English as it's the official language of the Community. 

 

After you close your account, we email you a link which you can use to reactivate it within 7 days. Keep in mind that after those 7 days passed, your account cannot be reactivated, but no worries, you can always create a new one.

 

Also, note that you can use the same email address to create a new account after 14 days from the date of closing your account.
