As a saw today IT was only on My iPhone when i updated the app yesterday
Don't worry, that should be simple to work it out!
Try logging out of your account. Tap the gear icon on the upper right corner of Your Library, then scroll all the way down to the bottom, where you can find the Disconnect button, that's the one you have to tap. Then log in again - and your playlists and songs should all be there, like they used to.

All the creditcard Numbers in settings is Also deleted 😖

No they arent. When i login it looks i am a new user.
Are you logging in with the same credentials on spotify.com/account? Can you log in there? Can you see any playlists on the Restore playlists tab?
