My Family Premium doesn't work for me

My Family Premium doesn't work for me

Hello, a few months ago all of my roommates got Spotify Premium for Family, it's been great. But over the weekend, my phone and laptop both think I don't have a subscription and will only play Spotify Free, when my roommates accounts are all on Premium still... I got my roommate who created the Family Subscription to resend me the link, but Spotify says I can't join because apparently I've "joined two subscriptions in the passed year" or something. I'm frustrated because I'm paying for the subscription but I don't have access to the music!

@Gracerhian hey there, sorry to hear that you're having issues with your family subscription.

 

The quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

 

If you let them know as much as you can about your problem - your operating system, spotify version, how you're connecting (i.e. wifi), how long you've had this issue, and the steps you've taken to resolve it - they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP.
