My account is disabled by mistake and no one cares about it

My account is disabled by mistake and no one cares about it

I've been making contact with the spotify team from live chat and they are sending it to thier escalations team as everytime and saying they will reach out you soon via email. But as you predict no one is replying me from email. Additionally this account was linked to my spotify artist account, so i cant access to my artist in the same time! My account is disabled by mistake and i need help. Please reply to me ASAP

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Please keep in mind that we, the Community, can't make any account related actions here as we don't have access to the necessary tools to look further into this.

 

Spotify's Customer Support team should be able to take a closer look into the matter and help further.

 

However, keep in mind that those teams can be very busy and they might need a bit more time to respond. Since you have already reached out to them, it's best to wait for them to get back to you, as  creating a new case over and over again won't speed things up 🙂
