My account need to be update

My account need to be update

I alread have paid Family account, but it's not available when I open using Google Chrome. And I have acess to get the links.

If you have a paid Family account but it's not available when you open it in Google Chrome, there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Make sure you're logged into the correct account: Sometimes, users may have multiple accounts, and they may not realize that they're logged into the wrong account. Make sure that you're logged into the correct account that has the Family subscription.

  2. Contact Support. Theyll be able to direct help you with personal account information us community goers do not have access to. Message us 
  3. Try a different browser: If you're still having issues with Google Chrome, try accessing the Family account using a different browser, such as Firefox or Safari.
