My Question or Issue

My Spotify account for three years from when I started using it was used by somebody else, which included playlists of songs I don't listen to, my passwords being changed by somebody and also, the option to play explicit content was removed. Can somebody help to show me what should I do if I want to claim my content back?

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

 

If you notice suspicious activity on your account, I highly recommend following all the steps provided in this Support article. The last step in the article includes a link for contacting Customer Support, who will do their best to restore anything lost on your account.

 

I also highly recommend reading this Support article regarding measures you can take to protect your Spotify account.
