- This exposes my personal and payment details
- Hours of music was played taking over my algorithm

My Question or Issue

My spotify account's password got hacked and changed, but i didn't receive an email or anything for the reset confirmation, i just received an email about it already being changed, how did it happen? i also didn't get a SMS message or anything else, pretty concerning this might happen again in the future, would like to know how it happened and how i can prevent it form happening again.
