My account was hacked

My account was hacked

How long is it expected to wait before you - afte the initial e-mail - would fix the problem? I have no interest to sit back and wait for so long while someone else is using my spotify account. I've sent the e-mail to support and got one back stating that i had to give the some info to secure that it was the real me, and after that all support stopped. Yes, it hasn't even been a day, but after getting that e-mail it isn't to much to ask that the problem would be looked at and solved straight away. One would believe an hacked account came far up the priority list of concerns, no?

 

This account is a new one, btw.. that i had to make so i could log on here.

Once you have replied with the details, the accounts team will get back to you as soon as they can but it can take up to 48 hours, especially at the weekends.

Unfortunately there is nothing I can suggest to do other than wait.

I have picked up 1408464 and have sent you the first email for recovery of your account.  Could you please reply back to that email thread?
